模板晶粒生长技术制备织构化SrBi_2Nb_2O_9陶瓷

摘要:

以熔盐法合成各向异性的片状单相SrBi2Nb2O9(SBN)陶瓷粉体作为模板,采用模板晶粒生长(templated grain growth,TGG)技术制得织构化SBN陶瓷。研究结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高和模板数量的增加,其晶粒取向率升高。当模板数量(质量分数)为20%时,在1300℃烧结3h可获得晶粒取向率为0.86的织构化SBN陶瓷。同时,TGG技术制得的织构化SBN陶瓷的相对体积密度在烧结温度低于1300℃时,随烧结温度的升高而升高;在1300℃时为91.22%;在高于1300℃时开始下降。

Textured SrBi2Nb2O9 (SBN) ceramics were fabricated by the templated grain growth (TGG) method. Plated-like SBN particles with shape anisotropy prepared by the molten salt method were used as the template particles. It was found that the grain orientation index f increased with the increase of sintering temperature and content of the template particles. Textured SBN ceramics with f of 0.86 were obtained after sintering at 1 300 ℃ for 3 h with 20% (in mass) template particles. At temperature below 1 300 ℃, the relative density rises steadily with the increasing of the sintering temperature, the relative density is 91.22% at 1 300 ℃, and it decreases above 1 300 ℃.
