用烧结法制备了以磷渣为主要原料的微晶玻璃,用正交实验、X射线衍射分析等研究了影响磷渣微晶玻璃烧结行为的因素。结果表明:影响磷渣微晶玻璃烧结因素的主次顺序为烧成温度、五氧化二磷(P2O5)含量、玻璃颗粒尺寸和烧成时间。在烧成温度、玻璃颗粒尺寸和烧成时间不变的情况下,P2O5含量对玻璃的烧结行为有显著的影响。当玻璃中P2O5的含量(质量分数,下同)小于1.8%,烧成温度低于1000℃时,微晶玻璃的主晶相是β-CaSiO3,此时微晶玻璃表面凹凸不平。当玻璃中P2O5的含量大于3.6%,烧成温度高于1100℃,烧成时间显著增加,微晶玻璃的主晶相为Na2Ca2Si3O9,微晶玻璃表面粗糙不平。P2O5的最佳含量为1.8%~3.6%,最佳烧成温度为1000~1050℃,最佳烧成时间为60min时,可得到表面光滑平整的微晶玻璃。 why women cheat on husbands online link

Glass-ceramics were prepared from phosphorus slag as the main raw material by sintering method. The factors influencing the sintering behavior were investigated by orthogonal test and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the dominant factor is sinter-ing temperature, the second is P2O5 content, the third is the particle size, and the last is the holding time. P2O5 had a significant effect on the sintering behavior when the other three influential factors were invariable. When the P2O5 content (mass fraction, the same below) was less than 1.8%, β-CaSiO3 was the main crystalline phase at below 1 000 ℃ and the surface of the glass-ceramics was not smooth. When the P2O5 content was more than 3.6%, the required sintering temperature was increased to 1 100 ℃ ; meanwhile, the required holding time was dramatically prolonged. In this case, Na2Ca2Si3O9 became mainly crystalline and the surface of the glass-ceramics was not smooth.
