α-Al_2O_3:C晶体热致发光和光致受激发光特性的数值模拟

摘要:

通过α-Al2O3:C晶体的热致发光(thermoluminescence,TL)简单模型建立的速率方程,采用Mathematica 5.2软件用数值模拟的方法对α-Al2O3:C晶体的TL和光致受激发光(optically stimulated luminescence,OSL)特性进行了探讨。结果表明:随着辐照剂量的增加,α-Al2O3:C晶体TL峰向低温方向移动,OSL衰减速率逐渐加快;α-Al2O3:C晶体的TL和OSL剂量响应曲线呈线性-亚线性-饱和的特点,在低剂量范围内显示出良好的线性关系;OSL灵敏度明显优于TL灵敏度,具有更宽的线性剂量响应范围。数值模拟的计算结果和实验结果基本相符。

The thermoluminescence(TL) and optically stimulated luminescence(OSL) properties of α-Al2O3:C crystal were investi-gated by the relative rate equations listed according to the simplest TL model of the α-Al2O3:C crystal and numerical simulation method using Mathematica 5.2 software.The results show that the TL peak shifts to a lower temperature and the decay rate of the OSL becomes faster with the increase of the irradiation dose.Both TL and OSL dose response curves of α-Al2O3:C crystal show lin-ear-sublinear-saturation characteristics,and excellent linear dose response is observed at the low doses.The OSL shows higher sensi-tivity and wider linear dose response curves than does TL.The computation results are consistent with the experimental results.
