粗骨料对高性能混凝土早期自收缩的影响(英文)

采用带数据采集系统的涡流位移传感器测量了砂率、针片状骨料含量和最大粒径不同的高性能混凝土的早期自收缩,同时采用热电偶测量了混凝土内部的温度变化。结果表明:骨料性能与含量的变化对高性能混凝土的早期自收缩有较大影响。高性能混凝土的早期自收缩随测试时间、砂率和针片状骨料含量的增加而增大,随骨料最大粒径的增大而减小。

The autogenous shrinkage of high-performance concrete(HPC) at early ages was measured using eddy current displace-ment sensors with a data acquisition system. A thermocouple was used to measure the temperature in concrete. The HPC samples were prepared at different ratios of sand to coarse aggregate and varying amounts of flat and elongated aggregate and maximum coarse aggregate sizes. The results indicate that the changes of the aggregate properties and the aggregate volume concentration can produce substantial changes in autogenous shrinkage of the HPC. The autogenous shrinkage of the HPC increases with increase of the testing time,sand to coarse aggregate ratios and the amounts of flat and elongated aggregates. The autogenous shrinkage of the HPC decreases with increase of the maximum coarse aggregate size.
