小粒径α-Al_2O_3粉体的表征及其晶体生长机制

摘要：

对自制的六角片状αAl2O3颗粒进行了电子衍射分析和晶体学位向标定,并对含促进剂的氧化铝晶体的生长机制做了初步探讨。研究表明:合成的六角片状的αAl2O3颗粒为单晶体,其基面为(0001)面,其棱面为(10 10)面;促进剂的加入导致了晶体的各向异性生长,使[10 10]方向的生长速率大于[0001]方向的生长速率,导致片状颗粒的形成。

A self-made flaky α-Al_2O_3 particle with a hexagonal shape was analyzed by the electron diffraction method,and its crystallography position was calibrated.The growth mechanism of the α-Al_2O_3 crystal with accelerant was investigated.The results show that the flaky α-Al_2O_3 particle synthesized is a single crystal.The horizontal surface is a (0001) plane and the column side is a(10(1)0) plane.Anisotropy growth is caused by the addition of accelerant,resulting in a faster growth rate of the \ direction than that of the \ direction,and also resulting in the formation of flaky particles of α-Al_2O_3 powder.
