摘要:
微生物沉积法制备碳酸钙,其单位体积产率是重要指标之一。选取培养基浓度、底物浓度、细菌接种量和成核剂4个因素进行正交试验,以提高微生物沉积碳酸钙的沉积量和单位体积产率。研究表明:底物浓度对碳酸钙沉积量和单位体积产率的影响最大。优选其它影响因素最佳水平,当底物浓度达到8%时,100mL液相中CaCO3沉积量和单位体积产率最大可达到15.46g和28.7%。

Bacteria precipitation is a method for producing calcium carbonate. An important parameter for characterizing bacteria precipitation is the yield of calcite precipitated per unit volume of solution. A series of orthogonal experiments were performed to investigate the influence of culture concentration, substrate concentration, the inoculation quantity of bacteria and the crystal formation additive on the precipitation amount and the calcite yield. The results show that the precipitation amount and the calcite yield are mainly dictated by the substrate concentration. When the culture concentration, the inoculation quantity of bacteria and the crystal formation additive were optimized for the highest calcite yield, a maximum amount of 15.46 g calcite was precipitated from 100 mL of solution with a substrate concentration of 8%, which corresponds to a calcite yield of 28.7%.
