AB2O4型尖晶石材料的制备及其在可见光下的催化氧化特性

摘要:

AB2O4型尖晶石是一类窄带隙半导体材料,具有良好的可见光响应,呈现出的可见光光解水、可见光降解污染物和杀菌、灭菌的特性引起了人们的广泛关注,近年来取得了一系列的研究成果。本文简要介绍了AB2O4型尖晶石材料的制备方法,诸如固相法、液相法、气相法,比较了这些方法的优缺点,综述了这类光催化剂在可见光激发下光解水制氢、光催化降解污染物和杀菌、灭菌的特性,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。

AB2O4-type spinel semiconductors with narrow band gap have attracted extensive attention because of their excellent visible light response. They are capable of producing water into hydrogen and oxygen, degrading the organic pollutants, disinfection and sterilization under visible-light irradiation. A series of research achievements about them have been completed in recent years. In this paper, the preparation methods and visible light photocatalytic property of AB2O4-type spinel materials were summarized. Finally, the research trend of the materials is also discussed.
