研究以氧化锂-氧化硼-二氧化硅-氧化钙-氧化铝(Li2O-B2O3-SiO2-CaO-Al2O3,LBSCA)低熔点玻璃料为烧结助剂降低钙和锶复合掺杂钛酸锂钐[(Ca0.937 5Sr0.062 5)0.25(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.75TiO3,CSLST]微波介质陶瓷的烧成温度,探讨不同LBSCA掺量对CSLST陶瓷烧结行为和微波介电性能的影响规律。结果表明:当LBSCA的添加质量分数(下同)从0%到15%变化时,陶瓷的最佳烧成温度从1 200 ℃降低到900 ℃。LBSCA掺量为5%的陶瓷最佳烧成温度为1 000 ℃,此时陶瓷具有优异的微波介电性能:相对介电常数εr = 84.74,品质因素与频率乘积Q × f = 2 446 GHz,频率温度系数τf = -12.48 × 10-6/℃。LBSCA是理想的低温烧结CSLST陶瓷的烧结助剂。

Using low melting point Li2O-B2O3-SiO2-CaO-Al2O3 (LBSCA) frit as a sintering aid, sintering behavior and dielectric properties of (Ca0.9375Sr0.0625)0.25(Li0.5Sm0.5)0.75TiO3 (CSLST) ceramics with different dosages of LBSCA addition were investigated. Results show that sintering temperature of the CSLST ceramics is efficiently decreased from 1 200 ℃ to 900 ℃ when the LBSCA doping mass fraction(the same below) was increased from 0 to 15%. The CSLST+5% LBSCA ceramics are well sintered at 1 000 ℃ and possess good dielectric properties as follows: relative dielectric constant εr = 84.74, product quality and frequency Q × f = 2 446 GHz and frequency temperature coefficient τf = -12.48 × 10-6/℃. It is shows that the LBSCA can be used as a suitable sintering aid to improve the densification of the CSLST ceramics at low sintering temperature.
