纳米TiO2/玻璃微珠复合耐磨涂层的制备及其分形特征

摘要：

在80 ℃下，以钛酸丁酯为原料，首先在酸性水溶液中利用胶溶–回流法在玻璃微珠表面制备了纳米级TiO2颗粒包覆层的纳米TiO2/玻璃微珠复合颗粒。通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱仪、BET (Brunauer–Emmett–Teller)法等检测手段对复合颗粒的表面形貌、包覆层相组成、比表面积等进行了表征。结果表明：经表面修饰后的纳米TiO2/玻璃微珠表面的粗糙度显著增加，比表面积较包覆前增大了45倍以上。将经表面修饰的纳米TiO2/玻璃微珠复合粉体应用于以有机硅改性环氧树脂为基体的耐磨涂层中，复合耐磨涂层的磨损失量仅为包覆前的29%。利用分形理论探索了复合材料的分形特征及其与耐磨性的关系。

Nano-TiO2/glass beads composite particles with nano-TiO2 coating were prepared on glass bead surface with tetrabutyl titanate as a main material by peptization and reflux method at 80 ℃ in acidic abundant aqueous solution. The morphology, the surface phase composition and specific surface area of composite particles were characterized by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, X-ray photoelectron spectroscope, and the Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method. The results show that the surfaces roughness of the nano-TiO2 glass beads particles coated with nano-TiO2 is increased and the specific surface area of the composite particles is increased by more than 45 times after coating. Compared to the uncoated glass beads as fillers, the abrasive loss of composite coatings with the coated glass beads was decreased by 29% when the composite particles were filled in wear-resistant coatings based on the silicone modified epoxy resins. The fractal characteristics of composite materials were investigated by the fractal theory. In addition, the relationship between fractal dimension and wear resistance was discussed.
