BNT–BT–ST系无铅压电陶瓷的介电与铁电特性

摘要:

采用传统固相反应法制备无铅压电陶瓷材料(0.944-x)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3–0.056BaTiO3–100xSrTiO3(BNT–BT–100xST)。研究材料的相结构、介电、铁电及压电性能。结果表明:在研究的组成范围内,陶瓷材料均能形成纯钙钛矿固溶体;当ST摩尔掺量为0.03≤x≤0.04时,该体系陶瓷具有三方–四方准同型相界结构;随着ST掺量增加,晶粒细化,低温介电反常峰θd和高温介电反常峰θm向低温端移动,材料的弥散程度增强。系列陶瓷压电性能较佳:x = 0.03时,压电常数d33达最大值,为150 pC/N;x = 0.04时,材料性能较优,相对介电常数εr = 4 632,介电损耗tan δ = 0.015 76,剩余极化强度Pr = 35 μC/cm2,矫顽场Ec = 21 kV/cm,d33 = 134 pC/N。ST组分的引入进一步优化BNT–BT体系的介电、铁电与压电特性,并探讨铁电–反铁电相变的弛豫特性与作用机制。

Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (0.944–x)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3–0.056BaTiO3–100xSrTiO3 (BNT–BT–100xST) were fabricated via conventional ceramic fabrication technique. Crystal structure, dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric properties of the ceramics were investigated. Results indicate that the ceramics form a pure perovskite structure; a morphotropic phase boundary between the rhombohedral and tetragonal phases was identified in the composition range of 0.03≤x≤0.04, and the grain size decreases with the increase of ST content. The low temperature dielectric anomalous peak θd and the high temperature dielectric anomalous peak θm shift towards a lower temperature. The degree of dispersion increases. The fabricated series ceramics exhibit good piezoelectric perfor- mance: the piezoelectric constant reaches 150 pC/N at x = 0.03. When x = 0.04, the ceramics also exhibit excellent properties: relative dielectric constant εr = 4 632, dielectric loss tan δ = 0.015 76, remnant polarization Pr = 35 μC/cm2, and coercive field Ec = 21 kV/cm, d33 = 134 pC/N. The dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric properties of the BNT–BT system are further improved with the introduction of the ST component. The relaxation characteristics and mechanism of the ferroelectric-antiferroelectric phase transition of series ceramics were discussed.
