溶胶–凝胶法制备纳米羟基磷灰石粉体

  要:以四水合硝酸钙和五氧化二磷为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备了含CO32的羟基磷灰石(hydroxyapatiteHAP)粉体。采用热重差热分析、X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、Fourier变换红外光谱等研究了反应体系pH值、反应温度及前驱体热处理温度等因素对产物结构与性能的影响规律,结果表明:采用溶胶凝胶工艺,调控反应体系的pH、反应温度及前驱体的热处理温度是获得纯度高、分散性较好的纳米HAP粉体的关键。pH值为8.0、反应温度为30 ℃,经600 ℃热处理可获得到粒径为4050 nmHAP纳米粉体。

Abstract: The nano-sized hydroxyapatite (HAP) powder was synthesized with Ca(NO3)2·4H2O and P2O5 by a solgels process. The effects of pH value of solvent, reaction temperature and heated temperature on the crystallinity and morphology of nano-sized HAP were investigated by thermogravimetric/differential thermal analyzer, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, respectively. The nano-particles of HAP with a higher crystallinity and a good disparity could be controlled via the adjustment of the process parameters such as reaction temperature, pH value of solution and heat treatment temperature. The results show that the nano-particles of HAP containing CO32 with the good crystallinity and the particle sizes of 4050 nm could be obtained at the reaction temperature of 30 ℃, the pH value of 8 and the heat treatment temperature of 600 ℃.
