聚空心球对氧化铝陶瓷性能的影响

 要:研究了聚空心球直接添加或聚空心球作为多孔层对氧化铝陶瓷力学性能的影响。在1 2001 550 烧成温度范围内,随烧成温度升高,Al2O3晶粒长大,聚空心球与基体之间结合力增加,聚空心球在烧成温度为1 550 时变形,试样密度为2.84 g/cm3,显气孔率为25.2%,抗压强度和抗弯强度最高。当层状陶瓷的聚空心球多孔层含量为60% (质量分数),层厚比为5/2时,聚空心球的断裂方式由沿球断裂转变为穿球断裂,机械性能得到提高,断裂韧性最高为5.59 MPa·m1/2

Abstract: The effect of poly-hollow sphere on the performance of Al2O3 ceramics was investigated via a direct-mixture addition of poly-hollow sphere or a layered addition of poly-hollow sphere into Al2O3 ceramics. When the sintering temperature increased from  1 2001 550 , alumina grain size increased, and the bonding force between poly-hollow sphere and matrix gradually increased. The density and the open porosity of alumina were 2.84 g/cm3 and 25.2%, respectively, when poly-hollow sphere was deformed at 1 550 . The highest fracture toughness of Al2O3 laminated ceramic prepared by dry pressing was 5.59 MPa·m1/2 when the mass fraction of poly-hollow sphere and layer thickness ratio were 60% and 5/2, respectively. The fracture behaviors of poly-hollow sphere transform formed were from inter-hollow sphere to trans-hollow sphere, and the mechanical properties were improved.
