微生物技术在混凝土裂缝自修复中应用的研究进展

摘要:

利用微生物诱导形成的碳酸钙沉淀来修复混凝土裂缝的技术得到了科研工作者广泛关注。该技术是预先在新拌混凝土中添加特殊微生物和合适的底物。一旦混凝土表面出现裂缝,混凝土中的微生物便与底物在裂缝处发生反应形成碳酸钙沉淀,所生成的碳酸钙沉淀可以填充或者修复裂缝。阐述了混凝土中不同细菌种类下的裂缝自修复机理、影响裂缝自修复效果的因素、表征自修复效果的方法以及基于微生物技术修复混凝土裂缝后的性能。

The development of an innovative self-healing technique based on microbial mediated formed calcium carbonate precipitation is promising. The method is to pre-incorporate special bacteria and substrate inside the concrete matrix to heal cracks the moment they appear, indicating that the concrete obtained a self-healing behavior. The self-healing efficiency based on the bacterially induced precipitation technique depends on bacteria strain, substrate types and concrete cracks size. Besides, there are some other factors related to healing efficiency, such as the quantity of living bacteria inside concrete, curing condition (water or medium) and curing ages, which all affect the self-healing efficiency. The assessment methods for healing efficiency using the bacterially induced calcium carbonate precipitation technique were carried out by various methods and the healing efficiency was examined. This paper reviewed the self-healing mechanism based on different bacteria strain, techniques utilized to characterize healing efficiency, the performance after cracks healing by bacterially induced CaCO3 precipitation and factors affected healing efficiency.
