均相沉淀–燃烧法合成单分散球形SiO2/CaMoO4:Eu3+,Li+红色荧光粉的发光性能

摘要:

采用均相沉淀和燃烧合成相结合的方法合成了单分散球形核壳结构SiO2/CaMoO4:Eu3+,Li+荧光粉。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和荧光光谱对样品的物相、结构、显微形貌和发光性能进行了表征。结果表明:产品物相由四方晶系CaMoO4和非晶态SiO2组成;CaMoO4:Eu3+,Li+荧光粉微粒在球形SiO2表面结晶良好,所形成的核壳结构微球粒径均匀;该荧光粉能在近紫外光(395 nm)激发下,发出波长为617 nm的红光。

The spherical core-shell structured SiO2/CaMoO4:Eu3+,Li+ phosphors were prepared by a combined approach of homogeneous precipitation and combustion synthesis. The structure, morphology and luminescence properties of the SiO2/CaMoO4:Eu3+,Li+ phosphors were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and photoluminescence, respectively. The results show that the products are composed of tetragonal phase CaMoO4 and amorphous SiO2, the CaMoO4:Eu3+,Li+ particles are well-crystallized on the SiO2 spheres, and the obtained microspheres with the uniform size distribution have a core-shell structure. The SiO2/CaMoO4:Eu3+ microspheres exhibited an intensive red emission of 617 nm under near ultraviolet (395 nm) excitation.
