高强度碱激发地质聚合物的热稳定性

摘要:
以偏高岭土、水玻璃、氢氧化钠、去离子水为主要原料,通过碱激发反应制备出地质聚合物,研究了H2O与Al2O3摩尔比(M)对地质聚合物抗压强度的影响,以及地质聚合物在不同煅烧温度保温2 h后的质量变化、线收缩率和微观结构。结果表明:当M = 13.02时,材料的抗压强度达到83.56 MPa;600 ℃之前材料的结构较为稳定,材料具有低的质量损失和线收缩;600 ℃保温2 h后材料的抗压强度和体积密度分别为83.27 MPa和1.34 g/cm3。

Alkali activated geopolymer materials were prepared with metakaolin, water glass, sodium hydroxide, and deionized water as raw materials. The effect of the mole ratio of H2O to Al2O3 (M) on the compressive strength, mass, linear shrinkage and microstructure of the geopolymers prepared after calcination at different temperatures for 2 h were investigated. The results show that the compressive strength of the geopolymer is 83.56 MPa at M of 13.02. When calcined at < 600 ℃, the geopolymer structures remain stable, and a low mass loss and linear shrinkage appear. The compressive strength and bulk density of the materials calcined at 600 ℃ for 2 h are 83.27 MPa and 1.34 g/cm3, respectively.
