碳酸锂掺杂对PFN-PNN-PZT陶瓷微结构和电学性能的影响

摘要:

采用传统固相烧结法制备了(1x)Pb[(Fe1/2Nb1/2)0.1(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.45(Zr0.3Ti0.7)0.45]O3xLi2CO3(PFNPNNPZTxLi, x00.5%1.0%1.5%2.0%)压电陶瓷,研究了不同Li2CO3含量(x)对陶瓷微观形貌、相结构、介电、压电和铁电性能的影响。X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜分析表明:制备的陶瓷样品均为单一钙钛矿结构,未探测到其他杂相;随着Li2CO3含量的增加,陶瓷的晶体结构从三方相向四方相转变。电学性能测试表明:Li2CO3掺杂几乎不影响PFNPNNPZT陶瓷的特征Curie温度,但能显著提高介电温度系数γ;随着Li2CO3掺杂量的增加,陶瓷压电常数d33和机电耦合系数kp降低,而相应的机械品质因数Qm和矫顽场Ec增大,说明Li2CO3表现为硬性掺杂特点;当x1.5%时,1200烧结2h的陶瓷具有相对较好的电学性能:d33820pC/Nkp0.63,相对介电常数εr6628tanδ0.028,介电温度系数γ17%Qm52.6Ec4.48kV/cm

 (1-x)Pb[(Fe1/2Nb1/2)0.1(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.45 (Zr0.3Ti0.7)0.45]O3-xLi2CO3(PFN-PNN-PZT-xLi,x=0, 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5%, 2.0%) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction method. The effect of Li2CO3 content on the microstructure, phase structure, dielectric, piezoelectric, and ferroelectric properties of PFNN-PNN-PZT ceramics was investigated. The analysis by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that the as-prepared ceramics are a pure perovskite structure phase without any other second phases, and their crystal structures transform from rhombohedral to tetragonal with increasing Li2CO3 content. The measurements of electrical properties show that the addition of Li2CO3 does not affect the change of the Curie temperature (Tm), but improve the temperature stability of dielectric constant (γ). Moreover, the piezoelectric constant (d33) and electromechanical coupling coefficient (kp) decrease, and the coercive field (Ec) increases with increasing Li2CO3 content. The doping of Li2CO3 has a dominant effect on the properties of PFN-PNN-PZT ceramics. The ceramic with x of 1.5% sintered 1 200℃ for 2 h exhibits the favorable electrical properties and superior temperature stability (i.e., d33=820 pC/N, kp=0.63, εr=6 628, tanδ=0.028, γ=17%, Qm=52.6, and Ec=4.48 kV/cm).
