仿钧瓷显微结构与呈色的关系

摘要:

K2O­Al2O3­CaO­SiO2­P2O5生料石灰碱釉为基础组成,采用三角配料法,在还原气氛下于1280烧成,制备出釉面颜色分别为铜红、铜蓝、蓝紫和灰黑等样品。研究了仿钧瓷组成和显微结构与呈色的关系,分析了Ca3(PO4)2含量对釉面呈色的影响。结果表明:在一定Ca3(PO4)2含量条件下,SiO2CaO摩尔比对釉面呈色有显著影响,SiO2CaO摩尔比在2.53.5范围易形成铜红、铜蓝和蓝紫釉面,SiO2CaO摩尔比在4.510.5易形成灰棕、灰黑亚光釉面;基础组成固定时,Ca3(PO4)2含量对釉面呈色和分相结构有显著影响,随Ca3(PO4)2含量增加,釉层中分相尺寸明显增大,釉面颜色由红­­()­­灰红依次变化。组成是形成钧釉多种呈色的基础条件,分相结构则可能改变其釉的基本色调。

The imitation Jun wares with the glaze colors of copper red, copper blue, blue purple and grey black were sintered in reducing atmosphere at 1 280 in a shuttle kiln by a triangle batching method based on K2O­Al2O3­CaO­SiO2 raw lime-alkali glaze basis composite, respectively. The effect of the composition of the Jun ware on the microstructure and coloring was investigated, and the influence of Ca3 (PO4)2 content on the glaze color was analyzed. The results show that the copper red, copper blue, blue and purple glaze appear at a certain of Ca3(PO4)2 content and in a SiO2 to CaO mole ratio range from 2.5 to 3.5. The smooth-surface glazes with the gray brown and grey black were obtained in a SiO2 to CaO mole ratio range from 4.5 to 10.5. Calcium phosphate content affects the color of glaze and the phase splitting in the microstructure at a certain essential composition. The glaze color slightly changes in an order of red-blue (purple)-red gray. The size of phase separation region increases with the increase of calcium phosphate content. It was found that the composition is a basic condition to form the Jun glazes with various colors. However, the phase separation might change the basic color of the glaze.
