白光LED用球形CaMoO4粉体的控制合成及特性

 摘  要:以水和无水乙醇的混合溶液为溶剂,采用水热法成功合成出白光LED用球形CaMoO4基质粉体,制备了Eu3+,Sm3+,Pr3+掺杂的CaMoO4红色荧光材料。对CaMoO4:Re3+ (Re = Eu, Sm, Pr) 荧光粉的物相、微观形貌和发光性能进行表征。结果表明:180℃水热反应24h,水与乙醇体积比为3:1,pH = 7.0时可控制合成出规则球形CaMoO4粉体。CaMoO4:Eu3+粉体在395 nm紫外光和465 nm蓝光激发下,最强的红光发射峰位于618 nm处,对应于Eu3+的5D0→7F2跃迁。CaMoO4:Sm3+荧光粉激发峰为406和480 nm,最强的红光发射峰位于649 nm处,对应于Sm3+的4G5/2→6H9/2跃迁。CaMoO4:Pr3+在453 nm蓝光激发下,其最强红光发射峰位于655 nm处,对应于Pr3+的3P0 → 3F2跃迁。而掺杂作为电荷补偿剂的碱金属Li+,可以有效提高CaMoO4:Re3+ (Re = Eu, Sm, Pr) 荧光粉的发射强度。由此可知,CaMoO4:Re3+ (Re = Eu, Sm, Pr)有望成为白光LED用红色荧光粉。

 Abstract: CaMoO4 powder with the spherical particles for white light-emitting diodes (LED) were firstly synthesized by a hydrothermal method using de-ionized water and ethanol as solvents., and then europium (Eu3+), samarium (Sm3+), and praseodymium (Pr3+) ions doped red CaMoO4 phosphors were subsequently prepared. The phases, morphologies, and photoluminescent properties of the as-prepared CaMoO4:Re3+ (Re = Eu, Sm, Pr) phosphors were investigated. The results indicate that CaMoO4 powder with the spherical particles is obtained at 180 °C and pH 7.0 for 24 h when the volume ratio of water to ethanol is 3:1. The CaMoO4:Eu3+ powder has a red luminescence due to the transition 5D0→7F2 of Eu3+ , and the most intensive emission peak at 618 nm under ultraviolet (UV) and blue light irradiation of 395 nm and 465 nm, respectively. The excitation peaks corresponding to CaMoO4:Sm3+ phosphors are located at 406 and 480 nm, and the most intensive emission peak at 649 nm is attributed to the characteristic transition 4G5/2→6H9/2 of the Sm3+ ions. For CaMoO4:Pr3+ phosphors, the sample has a red luminescence due to the transition 3P0→3F2 of the Pr3+ ions, and the most intensive emission peak at 655 nm under irradiation of blue light with a wavelength of 453 nm. The introduction of alkalis ion Li+ as a charge compensator can improve the luminous intensity of CaMoO4:RE3+(RE=Eu, Sm, Pr). It is indicated that CaMoO4:Re3+ (Re = Eu, Sm, Pr) red phosphors act as superior candidates for white LED.
