迁移性阻锈剂在混凝土中的传输模型

摘要:

 在分析迁移性阻锈剂(MCI)在混凝土中传输机制的基础上,借助水分在混凝土中传输行为的研究成果,建立了反映MCI在混凝土中传输规律的数学模型及求解方法,利用MATLAB语言编程实现了MCI在混凝土中传输过程的数值计算,并通过毛细吸收实验对MCI在水泥砂浆中的传质过程进行了验证,对比分析了实验与模型计算结果发现二者基本吻合,表明该模型可用于分析MCI在水泥基材料中的传输过程。应用模型分析了水灰比、阻锈剂黏度、混凝土初始水饱和度等参数对MCI传输速率的影响规律,以及MCI在试件不同深度的质量浓度分布。结果表明:MCI渗入试件中的质量浓度及渗透深度随水灰比降低而减小,随MCI黏度降低而增大,同时与阻锈剂的种类和混凝土初始水饱和度密切相关。

  A model reflecting the transporting law of migrating corrosion inhibitor (MCI) was proposed based on analysis of the transfer process of MCI and the transporting mechanism of the moisture in concrete.The model was validated via the experiments of capillary absorption.The results show that the calculated data are in agreement with the experimental results, indicating that the model can be used to predict and analyze the process of mass transfer of MCI incement­based materials.Effect of parameters (i.e., water­cement ratio, viscosity of MCI, and initial degree of water saturation of concrete) on the MCI transporting rate in concrete was discussed.The mass concentration of MCI incement mortars with different water­cement ratios was analyzed.It is indicated that a higher water­cement ratio has a higher concentration of MCI, and a lower viscosity of MCI gives a greater penetration depth in the sample.Furthermore, the MCI concentration and penetration depth in samples are correlated to the composition and species of MCI and the initial degree of water saturation of concrete.
