盐蚀-冻融循环作用下天然浮石混凝土的抗冻性

摘要:

 以内蒙古天然浮石作为粗骨料,用快冻法研究了LC30强度等级的天然浮石混凝土在清水中及内蒙古河套灌区盐渍溶液中的抗冻性,分析冻融循环后的质量损失以及相对动弹性模量的变化幅度及变化规律,并对其进行核磁共振测试、电子计算机X射线断层扫描(CT)和环境扫描电镜测试,研究冻融后的孔隙和微裂纹的分布情况。结果表明:相对清水中,在盐渍溶液中的质量损失率和相对动弹模量的冻融损伤较严重,并且核磁共振信号比较强,孔隙变化率为10.60%, CT图像的孔径较大,且呈现长度约为0.5~1.5mm的“龟裂纹”。

 The frost­resistance of a compounding LC40 strength class of natural pumice concrete in both pure water and a saline solution from Hetao irrigatio n district was investigated with an atural pumice as a coarse aggregate by a quick frost method.The massloss and the relative dynamic elastic modulus after freeze­thaw cycle were analyzed.The pore distribution was investigated by nuclear magnetic resonance, computed tomography (CT) and environmental scanning electron microscopy.Based on the analysis of the mass loss and the relative dynamic modulus of elastic, the freezing and thawing damage in pure water becomes more serious than that in the saline solution, the porosity change rate is 10.60%, the pore size is greater and the craquelure length is approximately 0.5­1.5mm.
