水热法制备纳米SnO2及其气敏性能

摘要:

 以SnCl4·5H2O和氨水为原料、水和乙醇的混合溶液为溶剂,采用水热法制备纳米SnO2。利用粉末X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和紫外­­可见吸收光谱对纳米SnO2样品进行了表征。结果表明:纳米SnO2为金红石结构,晶粒尺寸在2.8~5.3 nm,平均晶粒尺寸为3.5 nm,颗粒大小均匀、分散性好。进一步制备SnO2气敏元件并评价其气敏性能,发现纳米SnO2样品对乙醇蒸汽具有很高的灵敏度、很好的选择性和快速响应­­恢复时间等优越的气敏特性。

  SnO2 nanoparticles were prepared by a hydrothermal method with SnCl4·5H2O and aqueous ammonia as raw materials, and the mixed solution of water and ethanol as a solvent. The as­prepared samples were characterized by X­ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and UV­vis adsorption spectroscopy, respectively. The results indicate that the as­prepared SnO2 is a tetragonal rutile structure, the particles of final sample is well­dispersive, the crystal sizes are in the range of 2.8­­5.3 nm and the average crystal size is 3.5 nm. In addition, the as­prepared SnO2 nanoparticles as a sensor have the superior gas­sensing properties, i.e., high response, short response­recovery time and good selectivity to ethanol vapor as well.
