中等气孔率多孔陶瓷在受压过程中的断裂行为

摘要:

 采用凝胶注模工艺制备中等气孔率、气孔均匀分布的YSZ多孔陶瓷材料,并对其进行压缩强度测试,通过研究不同气孔率材料的应力­­应变曲线以及断裂后的碎片形貌,分析了材料的断裂行为。结果表明:在气孔率为60%~70%时,材料断裂碎片和应力­­应变曲线难以用现有理论解释。在分析锥体形成条件以及孔隙率渐进变化基础上,从杆件模型出发,提出了锥体断裂模型,并讨论了其形成条件。

 Porous YSZ ceramics with evenly distributed pores were prepared by a gel­casting method using tert­butyl alcohol as a solvent. The samples with different porosities were examined by compression, and the collapse behaviors were analyzed based on the stress­­strain curves and the crashed morphology of the samples. The results show that it is difficult to clarify the collapse process of the samples with the porosity of 60%­­70% in the transition stage from high porosity to low porosity with the existing theories. A mechanical model was proposed based on the analysis of the collapse behavior at various porosities. In addition, the necessary condition of the cone collapse process was also discussed.
