红色荧光粉Ba3La6(SiO4)6:Eu3+的制备与发光性能

 采用高温固相法合成了Eu3+激活的Ba3La6(SiO4)6红色荧光粉并对其发光性质进行了研究。XRD谱显示合成样品为纯相Ba3La6(SiO4)6晶体。样品的激发光谱由一系列宽谱组成,峰值分别位于300、364、384、395、416、和466 nm,其激发主峰位于395 nm。在395 nm激发下,荧光粉在619 nm(5D0→7F2)处有很强的发射。研究了不同Eu3+掺杂浓度对样品发射光谱的影响。结果显示,随Eu3+掺杂量的增大,发光强度先增大后减小。Eu3+掺杂摩尔浓度为13%时,出现浓度淬灭,其浓度淬灭机理为电偶极–电偶极相互作用。研究了不同Bi3+掺杂量对Ba3La6(SiO4)6:Eu3+发射光谱及色坐标的影响。Bi3+掺杂样品中存在Bi3+→Eu3+的能量传递。

 A red phosphor Ba3La6(SiO4)6:Eu3+ was synthesized via high temperature solid state reaction, and its luminescent characteristics were investigated. According to the analysis by X-ray diffraction, the sample is a pure phase of Ba3La6(SiO4)6:Eu3+. In the excitation spectrum, there are a series of wide bands and peaks located at 300 nm, 364 nm, 384 nm, 395 nm, 416 nm and 466 nm, respectively, and its main peak is located at 395 nm. The phosphor exhibits an intense emission at 619 nm (5D0→7F2) under 395 nm excitation. The effect of the doping concentration of Eu3+ was investigated. The result shows that the luminescent intensity firstly increases and then decreases with the increase of Eu3+ concentration, and reaches the maximal value at Eu3+ concentration of 13% in mole. The mechanism of concentration quenching is due to the dipole-dipole interaction. In addition, the effect of the doping concentration of Bi3+ on the luminescent characteristics and chromaticity coordinates of Ba3La6(SiO4)6:Eu3+was also investigated. It is indicated that Bi3+ can efficiently transfer the excitation energy to Eu3+.
