摘要:

 通过将不同投料比的叔碳酸乙烯酯/醋酸乙烯酯(VeoVa10/VAc)聚合成Poly(VeoVa10-VAc)乳液加入到水泥砂浆中以提高其力学性能。采用Fourier 变换红外光谱,X 射线衍射以及热重分析对水泥中的VAc 中酯基的水解及醋酸根基团和无机化合物之间的反应进行了表征。结果表明,随着投料比中VeoVa10 的增加, 聚合物中VAc 单元的水解减少。聚合物中VAc 单元的水解程度和聚合物乳液的成膜性对改性水泥砂浆的粘合强度,挠曲强度以及抗压强度有较大影响。VeoVa10/VAc 的投料比达到20/80 时可以获得最佳的力学性能

A variety of poly (vinyl ester of versatic 10-vinyl acetate) (poly (VeoVa10-VAc)) emulsions with different VeoVa10/VAcfeed mass ratios were introduced to modify the mechanical properties of cement mortars. The hydrolysis of ester groups of VAc unitsand the reaction between acetate groups and inorganic compounds in the mortars were analyzed using Fourier transform infraredspectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry, respectively. The results show that the hydrolysis of VAc is inhibited whenVeoVa10 moieties is increased. The mechanical properties of the modified cement mortars, i.e., adhesive strength, flexural strengthand compressive strength, are related to the hydrolysis of VAc and the film formation of the polymer emulsions. The optimalmechanical property can be achieved when the feed mass ratio of VeoVa10 to VAc is 20/80.
