MgO含量对铁铝尖晶石晶体结构的影响

摘要:

 以分析纯的氧化铁、氧化铝和氧化镁为原料,FeO: Al2O3质量比为40.8: 59.2配料,在合成体系中分别引入质量分数为01%3%5%7%9%11%的氧化镁(分别编号为M-0M-1M-3M-5M-7M-9M-11),在CO2/CO保护气氛下于1600煅烧4h,固相合成铁铝尖晶石。用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和能谱对烧后试样进行分析。结果表明:相比于试样M-0,添加MgO的铁铝尖晶石衍射峰发生偏移,晶格常数随之变化;各试样的微观结构都比较均匀,引入的MgO进入铁铝尖晶石晶格,以复合尖晶石的形式存在。当MgO添加量大于5%时,衍射峰的偏移出现拐点,且烧结后试样的结晶形貌发生明显变化。

 Th analytical pure Fe2O3, Al2O3 and MgO powders as raw materials with different ratios of x (x=w(MgO)/w(FeO+Al2O3)) (i.e.,  x=0, 0.01, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07, 0.09 and 0.11) were firstly mixed, and then the mixture was sintered in protective atmosphere (CO2/CO) at 1600 for 4h. The sintered samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectrometry, respectively. The results show that the diffraction peaks of these samples with MgO addition appear, causing the change of the lattice constant. The sintered samples all possess a homogenous structure, and the introduction of MgO enters into the crystal lattice of hercynite and exists in the form of composite spinel. When the mass percentage of MgO addition is >5%, the migration of diffraction peaks appears to be a turning-point and the crystal morphology of the sintered samples is different.
