Eu2+掺杂SrSi2O2N2 和Sr0.37Ba0.60Si2O2N2 荧光粉的发光性能及应用

摘要:

 采用高温固相法合成Sr0.97Eu0.03Si2O2N2 Sr0.37Ba0.60Eu0.03Si2O2N2 荧光粉,通过X 射线衍射、激发光谱、发射光谱及转换后LED 器件的性能等研究了荧光粉的结构、发光性能和稳定性。结果表明:在稀土Eu2+掺杂的SrSi2O2N2 荧光粉中,当部分Sr2+Ba2+部分取代后,形成三斜晶系的Sr0.37Ba0.60Eu0.03Si2O2N2 化合物,激发和发射光谱红移,在近紫外-蓝光区具有更高的激发效率。将2 种荧光粉与Ga(N)In 芯片封装,Sr0.37Ba0.60Eu0.03Si2O2N2 荧光粉转换的白光LED 器件,在光效、显色指数和光效维持特性方面均高于Sr0.97Eu0.03Si2O2N2 转换的LED 器件。这表明,Sr0.37Ba0.60Eu0.03Si2O2N2 荧光粉在LED 器件中具有更好的应用前景。

 Sr0.97Eu0.03Si2O2N2 and Sr0.37Ba0.60Eu0.03Si2O2N2 phosphors were synthesized via a high temperature solid state reaction.The structure, optical properties and stability of these phosphors were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, and the excitation and emissionspectroscopy. The results show that Sr0.37Ba0.60Eu0.03Si2O2N2 is SrSi2O2N2 phase with triclinic metrics, and has high excitation andemission efficiency in the UV-visible region with red-shift. The LEDs converted by Sr0.37Ba0.60Eu0.03Si2O2N2 phosphors have a highluminous efficiency, a high color rendering index and a low decay at different forward-bias currents. It is indicated thatSr0.37Ba0.60Eu0.03Si2O2N2 phosphors could be used in the phosphors converted LED devices.
