稻壳灰对铝酸盐水泥早期水化的影响

摘要:

用量热仪、联合热分析仪、高分辨纳米环境扫描电镜分析了稻壳灰(20%及40%质量分数)对铝酸盐水泥水化进程(水化放热、水化程度等)的影响机制。结果表明,稻壳灰掺量为20%时,所得浆体28 d龄期内(1、3、14、28 d)的抗压强度均高于其他样品;稻壳灰自身虽基本无水化活性,但40%质量分数以内替代铝酸盐水泥,均在不同程度上加速了1 d内的水化放热,且显著提高铝酸盐水泥的水化程度,20%的掺量便使铝酸盐水泥3 d龄期的水化程度提高了20.71%。
 

The influence of rice husk ash (RHA, 20% and 40% mass ratio) on the early hydration (hydration heat, hydration degree) of calcium aluminate cement was investigated by calorimetry, differential thermal –thermogravimetric analysis and high-resolution environmental scanning electron microscopy, respectively. The results indicate that compared to other samples, the substitution of 20% RHA contributes to the maximum compressive strength within 28 d (1, 3, 14, 28 d). The addition of RHA accelerates the hydration evolution of calcium aluminate cement within 1 d, and improves the hydration degree of cement clinker. The substitution of 20% RHA can increase 20.71% in hydration degree of calcium aluminate cement after 3 d.
