溶胶–凝胶法制备陶瓷喷墨打印用镨锆黄色料

摘要:

 陶瓷喷墨打印技术以其独特的优点已成为各国研究的热点。目前国内喷墨打印用色料的研究存在黄色等色料发色不纯正的问题。采用溶胶–凝胶法,通过正交试验,制备了颜色纯正的镨掺杂硅酸锆黄色料粉体。通过CIE L*a*b*系统研究样品的色度,确定优化的制备条件为:镨掺量3%、pH值3、水浴温度70℃,较优样品亮度值L*为90.37,绿度值a*为–0.33,黄度值b*为40.50。红绿度值趋近于0(–0.33),即红绿色对黄色呈色影响最低,黄色纯正。样品的主晶相为硅酸锆,含有少量的β-石英和单斜氧化锆。色料晶粒尺寸为62 nm,形貌呈四方体,晶格条纹清晰,晶体生长发育良好,镨离子取代了硅酸锆晶格中的锆离子。墨水装饰效果评价表明控制镨掺量、pH值及反应温度可获得发色纯正的镨锆黄色料以及发色纯正釉面的效果。

 

 Pr-Zircon yellow pigment with small particle size and good homogeneity was prepared by a sol–gel method. Based on the colorimetric evaluation according to the CIE L*a*b* color system, the sample was obtained under optimum condition (i.e., adopted Pr of 3%, solution pH value of 3 and a bath-temperature of 70 ℃). The colorimetric parameters of optimal sample are the lightness of 90.37, yellow–blue value of 40.50, red–green value close to 0 (–0.33), indicating a pure yellow color with less interference of red-green color. The results by X-ray diffraction show that the sample contains zirconium silicate as a major phase with a small amount of β-quartz and monoclinic zirconia. The analysis by transmission electron microscopy reveals that Zr ions in zirconium silicate are partially substituted by Pr ions, the grain size of well-grown crystal is 62 nm, and a tetragonal structure with clear crystal stripes appears. According to the analysis of decoration effect of prepared inks, Pr-Zircon yellow pigment has a pure yellow color glaze effect.
