用麦芽糊精制备聚羧酸系减水剂

 以麦芽糊精为原料,经过醚化改性和羧基化改性后,制备了一种聚羧酸系减水剂(PCWR)。通过红外光谱、核磁共振、X 射线衍射和扫描电镜测试表征了其分子结构和形态,证明了PCWR 成功引入了羟丙基基团和羧基基团。测定了PCWR的取代度、吸附性能、水溶液流变行为以及水泥净浆和混凝土性能,并在此基础上分析了其增稠和减水的作用机理。结果表明:PCWR 的醚化取代度越大,增稠效果越好,而酯化取代度越大,其在水泥颗粒表面的吸附量越大,对水泥浆体的分散性越好;与不同萘系减水剂相比,PCWR 的减水效果更好,并且能更好地改善混凝土状态。

 A polycarboxylate superplasticizer water-reducing agent (PCWR) was prepared via etherification and carboxylation with maltodextrin as a raw material. The molecular structure and morphology were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (IR), nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), respectively. The degree of substitution (DS) of PCWR, adsorption performance, rheological behavior of aqueous solution, cement paste and concrete performance were measured, and the corresponding mechanism was analyzed. The results show that a greater DS of etherification has a better thickening effect. The carboxyl groups in PCWR molecules increases the adsorption amount of the compound, hence enhancing the dispersive performance. Compared to naphthalene superplasticizer, PCWR has a prominent effect on the increase of water-reducing and the improvement of the state of concrete.
