助剂焙烧伊利石高效释钾及其反应动力学

摘要:
采用助熔剂法对伊利石释钾过程进行研究,探讨了助熔剂种类和用量,焙烧温度和时间,水洗温度和时间以及固液
比等条件对释钾率的影响。结果表明:添加氯化钙助剂对伊利石的释钾效果影响显著,最佳实验条件下释钾率为95.84%。动
力学分析显示焙烧过程为Ca2+在伊利石内部扩散所控制,焙烧渣中钾的浸出过程受表面化学反应控制。
The process of potassium release from illite was investigated by a flux method, and the effect of relevant factors on the rate
of potassium release was discussed. The results show that calcium chloride additive has a great effect on the potassium release rate
from illite and the potassium release rate is 95.84% under the optimum experimental conditions. Based on the dynamics analysis, the
rate of potassium release process is controlled by an internal diffusion mode. The rate of potassium leaching of calcined slag is
controlled by the surface chemical reaction.
