纳米片状P沸石的合成及其结构特征

摘要:
以超稳Y沸石(FSY)为前驱体,在水热合成体系中制备出了纳米片状P沸石,讨论了片状P沸石形成的影响因素,并对制备的材料进行了表征。结果表明:合成片状P沸石厚度为20~50 nm,直径约为500 nm,在P沸石中引入了2~80 nm的多级孔结构,其介孔孔容为0.12 cm3/g。合成的P沸石硅铝比(Si/Al)为2.6~3.2,且随晶化时间的延长,P沸石的硅铝比(Si/Al)呈现下降的趋势,受FSY沸石解聚的控制。Ca2+交换表明,随着交换次数的增加,交换度逐渐提高。
