水基流延成型制备LED用YAG:Ce荧光陶瓷薄膜及其性能

摘要:

以高纯度氧化钇、氧化铝、氧化铈等粉体为原料,聚丙烯酸(PAA)为分散剂,低黏度型聚乙烯醇(PVA-1788)为黏结剂,聚乙二醇(PEG-200)为塑化剂,采用水基流延薄膜成型技术和高温固相烧结工艺制备了大功率冷白光LED用YAG:Ce发光陶瓷材料。结果表明:本体系最佳pH值是10.7,聚丙烯酸合理用量为0.8%(质量分数),聚乙烯醇-1788和聚乙二醇-200的用量均为10%。制备出的流延膜坯体原料分散均匀、结构致密、质地柔软、后续处理方便。1 723 K烧结制备的陶瓷薄膜发光效率达到79.83 l m/W;变温光谱表明,483 K下仍能保持室温发光强度的80%,是一种热稳定性良好的荧光材料。
