吉州窑黑釉瓷胎釉原料分析与配方探讨

摘要:

 利用能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、热电离质谱计对吉州窑窑址出土原料、窑址周边采集植物灰、窑址周边开采的现代制瓷原料和吉州窑黑釉瓷进行化学组成、矿物组成和Sr同位素分析,以此探讨吉州窑黑釉瓷胎釉原料与配方。结果表明:当地开采的绢云母质黏土适合于制作吉州窑黑釉瓷胎。黑釉可以利用当地开采的绢云母质黏土、经过淘洗的高硅植物灰和少量的含铁矿物配制而成,植物灰所占质量大于50%。黑釉的釉料配方中没有加入方解石。

 The chemical compositions, mineral compositions and Sr isotope characteristics of raw materials excavated from kiln site, modern botanic ashes, modern raw materials and black-glazed porcelain in Jizhou were analyzed by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD), inductively coupled plasma-opticalemission spectroscopy (ICP–OES) and thermal ionization mass spectrometry (TIMS), respectively, in order to investigate raw material and recipe of bodies and glazes of Jizhou black-glazed porcelain. The results show that the local sericite-type clay is used for making the bodies of Jizhou black-glazed porcelain. The black glaze recipe is composed of over 50% by mass of washed high-silica botanic ash with the remainder being the local sericite-type clay and a little iron-bearing mineral. Calcite is not introduced into the black glaze recipe.
