葡庚糖酸钠与葡萄糖酸钠对硅酸盐水泥水化的影响

摘要:

 研究了葡庚糖酸钠对水泥凝结时间、流动性及强度等的影响规律,并与葡萄糖酸钠进行了对比。利用水化微量热仪、电导率仪和X射线衍射仪对2种试剂延缓水泥水化的机理进行了分析,并对其吸附和络合能力进行了比较。结果表明:同摩尔比掺量下,葡庚糖酸钠对水泥的缓凝及流动性提升作用更强,对早期强度发展影响也更大,但基本不影响后期强度。与葡萄糖酸钠不同,葡庚糖酸钠仅延长水泥水化诱导期,不抑制加速期的反应速率。二者都主要通过阻碍水化产物的结晶成核过程延缓水化进程。葡庚糖酸钠的吸附和络合作用均强于葡萄糖酸钠,因此延缓水泥水化进程的作用更强。

 The effect of sodium glucoheptonate on the setting time, fluidity and strength of cement was investigated. The retarding mechanism was analyzed by using microcalorimeter, conductivity meter and X-ray diffractometer, and the adsorption and complexation abilities of two reagents (i.e., sodium glucoheptonate and sodium gluconate) were also compared. The results show that sodium glucoheptonate has a better retarding effect and a higher initial fluidity of cement mortar at the same molar dosage, compared to sodium gluconate. Sodium glucoheptonate has a greater impact on the early strength development, but does not affect the long-term strength. The cement hydration process is delayed mainly by blocking the crystallization of hydration products. The adsorption and complexation ability of sodium glucoheptonate is stronger than that of sodium gluconate, thus delaying the hydration process of cement more.
